Variant bids are not permitted.\n\nParts of the request for quotation:\n\nA. PART I - Non-GLP study of perfusion of isolated porcine kidneys with subsequent reperfusion\nB. PART II - Non-GLP study of porcine kidneys perfusion in the autotransplantation model\nC. PART III (CONDITIONAL) - Study of porcine kidneys perfusion in the autotransplantation model under GLP standard\n\nA.\tIN PART I \u2013 the service includes the retrieval of kidneys and performance of the perfusion of isolated porcine kidneys with their subsequent reperfusion. The detailed tasks in this part include, in particular: purchase/breeding, acclimatization, and euthanasia of animals; animal blood and urine tests; preparation of the study protocol; performance of surgical procedures, perfusions and reperfusions; testing of samples of perfusion fluid and urine; completion of formalities related to filing an application with the competent authority issuing authorization for the preclinical study; purchase of the necessary equipment and materials; and preparation of preliminary, partial, and final study reports.\nSection 7 of this Request describes each part of the request for quotation in terms of the description of the subject matter of the contract, implementation schedule, eligibility conditions, and required documents.\n\nThe detailed description of the subject matter of the contract for each part will be made available to Bidders after signing the non-disclosure agreement. The detailed tasks include, in particular: purchase of animals and their acclimatization, animal blood tests, preparation of the study protocol, performance of perfusion and surgical procedures, completion of formalities related to filing an application with the competent authority issuing authorization for preclinical studies, purchase of the necessary equipment and materials, and preparation of preliminary, interim, and final reports. All procedures must be performed under GLP standards.
