Conditions of participation in the procedure and description of their evaluation\nTenderers who meet all of the following conditions may apply for the award of the contract:\na) Acceptance of the terms of the procedure \u2013 The Tenderer declares that they have read the content of this request for quotation and accept all its requirements, including the conditions of performance, payment schedule, and conditions for security of due performance of the agreement.\nb) Declaration of no conflicts of interest \u2013 The Tenderer submits a declaration of no personal or capital links with the Client that could affect the impartiality of the procedure. Such links shall be understood as including in particular: participation in a company as a partner, holding shares or stocks, serving as a member of a supervisory or management body, remaining in a marital relationship, or in a relationship of kinship or affinity in the direct line with persons authorised to incur liabilities on behalf of the Client or persons performing activities related to the preparation and conduct of this procedure.\nc) Service cost estimate \u2013 The Tenderer shall submit a detailed cost estimate for the service, prepared in accordance with the guidelines of this request for quotation and the attached stand visualisation. The cost estimate shall cover all activities and costs necessary to fulfil the subject of the order, including design, production, transport, assembly, on-site service during the fair, dismantling, and delivery of the modular stand elements to JRC Group S.A. \u2013 production facility in Jarocin.\nd) Technology proposal for modular display wall panels \u2013 The Tenderer shall present a detailed technology proposal for the modular display wall panel system, including a description of the system and the module connection mechanism, photographic documentation or a visualisation of the proposed solution, and the range of possible configurations, including the ability to create curved and arched structures. Failure to submit a technology proposal shall constitute grounds for rejection of the offer without substantive evaluation.\n\nEvaluation of compliance with the conditions shall be carried out on a pass/fail basis. Failure to submit a cost estimate shall result in the offer not being considered.
