{"status":"OK","data":{"advertisement":{"id":361638,"title":"Tests of CAX models, physical structures, combination of passengers or driver seats and structures in line with UN Regulations 167, 14, 145, 55 and Regulation (EU) 2021/535, Annex VII","partial_offer_allowed":false,"publication_date":"2026-04-17","submission_deadline":"2026-04-27 23:59:59","planned_sign_date":"2026-05-01","supplementary_orders":null,"terms_of_contract_change":"Modifications to the agreement \n1.\tThe Parties allow for the possibility of amending the provisions of the Agreement in the event of the occurrence of at least one of the circumstances listed below, taking into account the conditions for their introduction indicated in the Agreement, i.e:\n1)\tchange of the scope of works, in the event of: \na)\toccurrence of the necessity to amend the scope of works of the Contractor in order to ensure the meeting of the Ordering Party\u2019s aims as referred to in RFQ, \nb)\toccurrence of external reasons beyond the control of the Ordering Party and the Contractor unforeseeable at the stage of placing the order resulting in the necessity to amend the scope of works;\n- in which case the Parties may amend the scope of works in the scope necessary for ensuring the performance of this Agreement in accordance with its purpose;\n2)\tchange of the time limits for the realisation, in the event of:\na)\toccurrence of external reasons beyond the control of the Ordering Party or the Contractor resulting in the impossibility of meeting the original deadlines under the Agreement (in particular: occurrence of force majeure event);\nb)\tnecessity to change the project schedule by the Ordering Party, in particular in case of Ordering Party\u2019s delay in the implementation of the project this Agreement constitutes the part of, which may occur for example due to delays in obtaining the co-financement for this project; \nc)\tchange of the scope of works in cases enlisted in item 1) above;\n- in which case the Parties may amend the time limits for the realisation of particular Stages or their duration in the scope necessary to adjust them to the circumstances referred to above; \n3)\tchange of the Contractor's remuneration, in the event of the change of the scope of works referred to in item 1) above, if it is shown that such change influence the costs of the Contractor related with the performance of this Agreement. \n2.\tAmendments to the Agreement referred to in paragraph 1 shall be possible only if the circumstances justifying them are documented. The Contractor shall in particular properly justify and document the influence of any circumstances referred to above on its remuneration and time limits for the completion of particular stages of the Agreement.  At the request of the Ordering Party, the Contractor is obliged to provide all additional data, explanations, calculations or information to support his request to amend the Agreement.\n3.\tThe cases referred to in paragraph 1 contain a catalogue of amendments to which the Ordering Party may give its consent, but do not at the same time constitute an obligation to give such consent.\n4.\tThe amendments to the Agreement in other cases than indicated in point 6.1. above may be introduced only under the condition that they are admissible to be introduced under section 3.2.4 The contract agreement, Subsection 3.2 Principle of competition of the Guidelines for eligibility of expenditure for 2021-2027. The study covers one type of bus\u2014Low Entry.\no\tThe order includes 13 repetitions of the test for 2 different seat types  configurations provided by the Ordering Party. Contractor will test seats with structures according to UN Regulation 14. \no\tThe Ordering Party ensures the possibility to perform tests in external laboratories owned by seat suppliers. The laboratories to which access is provided by the Ordering Party are located in the vicinity of Pozna\u0144, Poland. If the Contractor has its own laboratory, the tests may be carried out using the Contractor\u2019s own facilities.\nThe use of the laboratories provided by the Ordering Party does not incur any additional costs for the Contractor.\n\n5.\tStrength verification of vehicle structures equipped with dedicated passenger seat equipped with ISOFIX feature to UN Regulation 145  \no\tVehicle structure equipped with dedicated seat will be delivered by the Ordering Party. This order is for 1 study, without specifying bus types.\no\tThe order includes 1 test for each of 2 different seat types configurations provided by the Ordering Party.\no\tContractor will test structures will be tested according to UN Regulation 145\no\tThe Ordering Party ensures the possibility to perform tests in external laboratories owned by seat suppliers.
