possibility of modifying the terms of the concluded contract in relation to the offer on which the Contractor was selected in case one or more of the following circumstances occur, under the given conditions for their introduction, namely:\na)\tChanges related to additional deliveries from the current contractor not covered by the main contract, if they have become necessary and if the following conditions are met:\n\u2022\tThe change of contractor cannot be made for economic or technical reasons, particularly regarding the interchangeability or interoperability of equipment, services, or installations ordered under the main contract.\n\u2022\tThe change of contractor would cause significant inconvenience or increase the costs for the Ordering Party\n\u2022\t.The value of each subsequent change does not exceed 50% of the original contract value.\nb)\tThe change does not alter the nature of the contract and the following conditions are met:\n\u2022\tThe need for the change is caused by circumstances that the Ordering Party, acting with due diligence, could not have foreseen.\n\u2022\tThe value of the change does not exceed 50% of the originally agreed contract value.\nc)\tThe Contractor awarded the contract is replaced by a new contractor:\n\u2022\tDue to succession, assuming the rights and obligations of the original contractor as a result of a takeover, merger, division, restructuring, bankruptcy, or inheritance, provided the new contractor meets the participation conditions and does not cause other significant changes to the contract, nor aims to avoid the principle of competitiveness.\n\u2022\tDue to the Ordering Party assuming the contractor's obligations towards its subcontractors \u2013 in the case of changing a subcontractor, the Ordering Party may enter into a contract with a new subcontractor without changing the contract terms, taking into account the payments made for previously completed work.\nd)\tThe change does not alter the nature of the contract, and the total value of the changes is less than EUR 140,000 and simultaneously does not exceed 10% of the original contract value.\ne)\tA change in the way of accounting for
