General Provisions\nThese proceedings  are conducted in the form of a Inquiry in compliance with the Principle of Competition, in connection with the implementation of the project entitled  Development of a globally innovative solution of specialized computing platforms for the architecture of \"software-defined vehicles\" (SDV), European Funds priority  FENG.01 Support for Entrepreneurs, European Funds for Modern Economy 2021-2027. These Proceedings are conducted in accordance with the principles set out in the Guidelines of the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy regarding the eligibility of expenditure for the years 2021-2027 \n\nII. Subject of the Order \n1. The order under the project includes the supply of 10 items in the form of intangible assets and deliveries other than fixed assets, that will allow the creation  and testing of prototypes of the zonal controller and the central controller.\nFor this purpose, it will be necessary to provide the following deliveries, including intangible assets and deliveries other than fixed assets, which are the subject of this inquiry:\n1) Device for performing tests of communication and devices (Base module for performing automatic tests) - 6 pcs. (Delivery - other than fixed assets) \n2) Test device (Expansion board for CAN/LIN/FlexRay tests) - 6 pcs. (Delivery - other than fixed assets) \n3) Device for testing CAN protocol communication (Extension module for testing CAN protocol communication) \u2013 12 pcs. (Delivery \u2013 other than fixed assets) \n4) Device for testing LIN protocol communication (Extension module for testing LIN protocol communication) \u2013 12 pcs. (Delivery \u2013 other than fixed assets)   \n5) Monitoring device (Extension module for monitoring inputs/outputs -digital and analog signals) \u2013 6 pcs. (Delivery \u2013 other than fixed assets) \n6) Device for testing the communication of IOT devices - 3 pcs.
