The subject of the order must be consistent with the Description of the subject of the order (necessary requirements). If the subject of the order does not meet the necessary requirements, the Bidder\u2019s offer will be rejected.\n3.CPV codes:\n48000000-8 Software packages and IT systems\n72268000-1 Software delivery services\n\nIII.Time limit and method of submission of offer. \n1.Offer should be submitted on a specially prepared offer form constituting Appendix no. 2 to this Inquiry in writing, legibly, filled in with indelible ink or pen, typewritten or computer to October 25, 2024 to the end of the day. If the offer is submitted in another language, it is necessary to attach a translation into Polish/English. In the absence of translations into Polish or English, in case of doubts as to the content of documents, the Contracting Authority may consider that the offer does not contain the required document.\n5.Each Bidder may submit only one offer. Submission of more than one offer will result in rejection of all bids submitted by the Bidder. In the course of examining and evaluating the bids, the Ordering Party may require the Bidder to clarify the content of the documents provided by the Bidder, also with regard to Exhibit No. 3. \nThe assessment of the fulfillment of the above condition will be made in accordance with the zero-one method \u2013 i.e. the formula \"meets \u2013 does not meet\".
