The Parties allow for the possibility of amending the provisions of the Agreement in relation to the content of the tender, on the basis of which the Contractor was selected, in the event of the occurrence of at least one of the circumstances listed below, taking into account the conditions for their introduction indicated in the Agreement, i.e.:\n1)\tchange of the deadline for realisation of the whole or part of the Subject of the Agreement - in the event of occurrence of external reasons beyond the control of the Ordering Party or the Contractor resulting in the impossibility of meeting the original deadlines under the Agreement, including those caused, among others, but not exclusively, by:\na.\tunforeseeable necessity to change the production schedule for the implementation of vehicle testing by the Ordering Party;\nb.\tunforeseeable at the stage of placing the order, necessity to change the scope of work, requiring more trials and tests\n- in which case the Parties shall accept another possibly short deadline for the execution of the Contract;\n2)\tchange of the Contractor's remuneration - if it is shown that the changes referred to in items 1 b will involve additional costs to be incurred by the Contractor, with the proviso that the change of remuneration may correspond exclusively to the costs which the Contractor has incurred or will have to incur in connection with such change.\n2. Amendments to the Agreement referred to in paragraph 1 shall be possible only if the circumstances justifying them are documented.\n3. The cases referred to in paragraph 1 contain a catalogue of amendments to which the Ordering Party may give its consent, but do not at the same time constitute an obligation to give such consent.\n4. The amendments to the Agreement in other cases than indicated above may be introduced only under the condition that they are admissible to be introduced under section 3.2.4 The contract agreement, Subsection 3.2 Principle of competition of the Guidelines for eligibility of expenditure for 2021-2027. Detailed description of the subject of the contract:\nPerforming the energy consumption tests according to SORT (Standardised On-Road Test cycles) protocol. \n\nScope of works:\nElectricity tests consumption tests with 3 configurations of battery packs:\n\uf02d\tCharging the traction batteries to a level that makes it possible to carry out tests\n\uf02d\tInstallation of electrical measurement equipment, vehicle load and E-SORT cycles (loading the vehicle to the appropriate test weight in accordance with the procedure; testing on a test track in accordance with the SORT procedure to obtain the best possible test result)\n\uf02d\teSORT (1-2-3) test repetitions\n\nCharger efficiency and maximum range\n\uf02d\tComplete maximum range test and charger efficiency/Battery capacity tests according to the SORT procedure and calculating the theoretical vehicle range\n\nComplementary\n\uf02d\t300km mileage accumulation ( free pattern, open road) before the test\n\nThe service shall include:\n\uf02d\tProving ground to: optimization tests, discharge vehicle batteries\n\uf02d\tExperienced driver to: optimization tests, discharge vehicle batteries \u2013 a driver  who is familiar with the SORT procedure, i.e. has performed such tests on other vehicles at least 3 times within the last 2 years;\n\uf02d\tElectric system instrumentation to obtain NEC measurements\n\uf02d\tRemoval of the test load and measuring equipment after all test runs have been completed.\n\uf0d8\tFinal report - Development of the final report for each Sort test separately (e.g. Sort 1) according to UITP SORT procedure\n\nOn the part of The Ordering Party:\n\uf0d8\tProviding the necessary technical information to carry out the tests.\n\uf0d8\tProviding the information necessary for the installation of the electrical energy equipment in vehicle and internal safety protocols in order to ensure the safe installation of the measuring equipment.\n\uf0d8\tTransport of the bus to the contractor\n \nd. Tender validity period \u2212 at least 30 calendar from the day following the deadline of submission of tenders. At the request of the Ordering Party, the tenderers may be once required to extend the tender validity period by additional 60 days under pain of rejecting the tender. \n\ng. Partial tenders - The Ordering Party does not permit the submission of partial tenders. \n\nh. Variant tenders - The Ordering Party does not permit the submission of variant tenders. \n\ni.
