The visit program must include at least 18 teaching hours conducted by the Economic Operator's experts. The Economic Operator is required to submit a proposal for the program of the study visit at the stage of bid submission.\n3. Individual consultations \u2013 follow-up advisory support after the study visit \u2013 10 clock hours \nin an online format to support the WSB University in implementing the gained knowledge \nand experiences during the visit and in matching them to the specifics of the university.\n4. The study visit to a foreign higher educational institution and individual consultations \u2013 follow-up advisory support after the study visit will be conducted in English.\n5. The order is implemented under the project entitled: \"Teaching Excellence \u2013 Teaching Staff Development Program\", co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus, European Funds for Social Development for the years 2021-2027, Priority 1 Skills, Measure 01.05 Skills in Higher Education.\n\nDETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THE ORDER\n1. The study visit will be carried out for 10 employees of the teaching staff of WSB University. The Economic Operator under the Agreement shall: \n1) Prepare and carry out a substantive, based on unique know-how original program of a three-day visit in accordance with the purpose of the study visit specified in the description of the subject matter of the Agreement. The Economic Operator is required to submit a proposal for the program of the study visit at the stage of bid submission.\n2) Admission of a maximum of 10 WSB University teaching staff for a three-day study visit. (The offer price includes all costs of implementing the subject of the order covered by the request for proposals, including the costs of organizing coffee breaks and lunches).\n3) Assignment of a Supervisor for the duration of the visit;\n4) Conducting the visit in English in accordance with the study visit program approved by the Contracting Authority and the Economic Operator;\n5) Carrying out 10 clock hours of individual consultations \u2013 follow-up advisory support after the study visit, on a date agreed upon by the Economic Operator and the Contracting Authority. The support is to be provided in English by the persons designated by the Economic Operator with substantive knowledge and experience in the subject matter of the contract; \n6) Preparation and issuing of a certificate to each participant confirming participation in the study visit.\n7) Organise the study visit at a location that is fully accessible and adapted to the needs of individuals with disabilities. \n\nTIMING AND PLACE OF PERFORMANCE OF SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CONTRACT\n1. The study visit to the Economic Operator's site is to be conducted in the period from November 2024 to the end of January 2025. The date will be agreed directly between the Contracting Authority and the Economic Operator.\n2. Individual consultations \u2013 follow-up advisory support after the study visit will be carried out in an online format, using means of remote communication to the end of June, 2025.
