If the price is quoted in a currency other than PLN, it should be indicated in the offer, otherwise it will be considered that the price was quoted in PLN.\n10.\t If a tender has been submitted, the selection of which would lead to a tax obligation for the Purchaser in accordance with the Act of 11 March 2004 on tax on goods and services, for the purposes of applying the price or cost criterion, the Purchaser shall add to the price presented in the tender the amount of tax on goods and services, which it would be obliged to settle.
