The Parties allow for the possibility of amending the provisions of the Agreement in relation to the content of the tender, on the basis of which the Contractor was selected, in the event of the occurrence of at least one of the circumstances listed below, taking into account the conditions for their introduction indicated in the Agreement, i.e.:\n1)\tchange of the deadline for realisation of the whole or part of the Subject of the Agreement - in the event of occurrence of external reasons beyond the control of the Ordering Party or the Contractor resulting in the impossibility of meeting the original deadlines under the Agreement, including those caused, among others, but not exclusively, by:\na.\tunforeseeable necessity to change the production schedule for the implementation of vehicle testing by the Ordering Party;\nb.\tunforeseeable at the stage of placing the order, necessity to change the scope of work, requiring more trials and tests\n- in which case the Parties shall accept another possibly short deadline for the execution of the Contract;\n2)\tchange of the Contractor's remuneration - if it is shown that the changes referred to in items 1 b will involve additional costs to be incurred by the Contractor, with the proviso that the change of remuneration may correspond exclusively to the costs which the Contractor has incurred or will have to incur in connection with such change.\n\n2. Amendments to the Agreement referred to in paragraph 1 shall be possible only if the circumstances justifying them are documented.\n\n3. Signal registration during urban drives for 3 versions of vehicle load (empty, loaded seats, and full). Measurements on a test track outside the headquarters of Solarisbus & Coach and selection of a test schedule reflecting one million kilometers of urban driving.The measurements should include mean stresses resulting from: rooftop battery installation, passenger load.\n\nThe scope of the order includes:\n\n1.\tSensors instalation:\n1.1 Strain gauges\n\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002\u200240 - unidirectional sensors\n             5 - strain gauge rosettes\n1.2 DC accelerometers - 4 pcs (registration in the range of 0-200Hz, minimum measurement range +/- 20g) sampling frequency 1024 Hz)\n1.3 Wheel hub accelerometers \u2013 4pcs (registration in the range of 0.3-500Hz, minimum measurement range +/- 50g) sampling frequency 1024 Hz)\n1.4 Camera - recording the course of the tests from the vehicle's cabin\n1.5 GPS sensor - recording the vehicle's position and its speed\n1.6 Extensometers at the suspension's elastic elements recording displacements (4 pcs)\n\nSensor installation is planned from 15 April to 15 May 2024, at the Solaris factory: Obornicka 46, Bolechowo-Osiedle. A detailed date will be agreed with the selected contractor.\n\n2.\tDescription of measurements\n2.1 Measurements will take place on a route specified by the client \u2013 TATRA TRACK (Are\u00e1l Tatry 1450/1, 74221 Kop\u0159ivnice, Czech Republic),  in three states of load (vehicle empty, vehicle with occupied seats, vehicle full)\nAfter each of the rides, there will be a drive through a speed bump, emergency braking, slalom driving, braking on left and right turns, and driving over obstacles of a specified height with each wheel, e.g., 160mm.\u2002\n2.2 The bus will be transported to the test track where signal measurements must be registered on various tracks. Each track must be registered at least 3 times for each load.\n\nBus available for measurements on the test track (TATRA) from 15 may 2024 (+/- 3 weeks). A detailed date will be agreed with the selected contractor.\n\n3.\tResults\n3.1 Based on urban drives, a damage coefficient must be determined after consulting with the client on fatigue classes. The assumption is to extrapolate results simulating 1 million kilometers and the ratio of full and empty vehicle drives as 50/50%.\n3.2 Test track. After registering signals from the test tracks and selecting representative results, a test schedule for the test track must be arranged and compared to the currently used schedule.\nThis phase's deadline is 2 weeks from the measurements on the track.\n3.3 Presentation of results\n\nThe report must include:\nA general description of the measurements including the route, description of the load, measuring equipment used.\n-comparative tables including:\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002\n-Table 1.
