The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the conditions of the contract signed with the Contractor as a result of the conducted procurement procedure if the change is justified by a situation that the Ordering Party, acting with due diligence, could not foresee.\n2. Any changes to the contract provisions (including deadlines and payment terms) will be made in the form of a written annex.
