The Awarding Party shall not be obliged to inform Tenderers about his resignation and reasons for resignation from their proposals.\n4. A proposal is deemed as accepted only after signing the Contract.\n5. The Awarding Party shall inform all Tenderers, who have submitted their proposals, about the proceedings results by providing the name of a Tenderer who has been selected.\n6. The Awarding Party shall inform a selected Tenderer that his proposal has been chosen in order to sign the Contract. In this notification, the Awarding Party shall determine the date and place of Contract signing.\n7. Any amendments, which parties would like to introduce to arrangements ensuing form this Contract require written form and the consent of both parties, otherwise null and void.\n8. The contract may be amended by a written appendix, without changing conditions which are subject to assessment in the scope of the Contract awarding procedure.\n9. The Supplier shall not, without prior written consent of the Awarding Party, assign liabilities ensuing from this Contract towards the Awarding Party to third parties.\n10.
