As fulfillment of the condition in question, the Contractor will be considered by the Contracting Authority to have demonstrated execution in the last 5 years before the deadline for submission of tenders, and if the period of activity of the Contractor is shorter, then in this period, at least 1 (one) contract, the subject of which was modification of the thermal regenerative process gas afterburner (oxidizer) RTO.\n2.\tIn order to assess the fulfillment of this condition by the Contractor, the Contractor shall submit with the offer a list of completed orders, specifying their subject, dates of execution and entities for which these orders were executed, on the template constituting Appendix No. 2 to the Request for Quotations \"List of completed orders\u201d.\n3.\tThe Contracting Authority reserves the right to call upon the selected Contractor, prior to signing the Contract, to submit documents confirming the fulfilment of the conditions set out in point. 1 above.\n4.\tThe evaluation of the fulfilment of the condition for participation in the procedure referred to in item. 1 and 2 above, will be made by checking whether the statements submitted by the Economic Operator confirm the fulfilment of the condition for participation in the procedure, according to the \"meets -
