Ko\u0144cowym produktem prac B+R b\u0119dzie wdro\u017cenie wytwarzania wysokiej jako\u015bci pow\u0142ok dekoracyjnych w kolorze z\u0142otym oraz czarnym o okre\u015blonej grubo\u015bci, r\u00f3wnomiernej na ca\u0142ej powierzchni obrabianych detali, okre\u015blonej morfologii i topografii powierzchni, przyczepno\u015bci oraz odporno\u015bci korozyjnej na detalach z pow\u0142ok\u0105 Cr wytwarzan\u0105 ze zwi\u0105zk\u00f3w Cr (III)\nRenting a device with a washing and activating line is necessary to implement the processes of producing hard decorative coatings using a hybrid method combining PVD processes with PBS processes in order to carry out industrial research and development work in the aspect of developing technological parameters for the production of the so-called \"hard decorative coatings\" based on Ti, Cr and DLC using a hybrid method combining PVD arc discharge and the Plasma Beam Source method on bathroom fittings and other elements (e.g. door handles) after the chromating process using chromium (III) compounds. This work is related to the gradual introduction of restrictions on the use of chromium (VI) by the European Chemicals Agency ECHA due to its carcinogenicity. The final product of the R&D works will be the implementation of the production of high-quality decorative coatings in gold and black with a specific thickness, uniform over the entire surface of the processed details, specific morphology and surface topography, adhesion and corrosion resistance on details with a Cr coating produced from Cr (III)\u00a0compounds.\n","warranty_period":"minimum 1
