Poza aparatur\u0105 laboratoryjn\u0105 do wytwarzania pow\u0142ok metodami fizycznego osadzania z fazy gazowej PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) projekt przewiduje zakup urz\u0105dze\u0144 badawczych pozwalaj\u0105cych na charakterystyk\u0119 wytwarzanych pow\u0142ok, tj. okre\u015blenie ich grubo\u015bci, twardo\u015bci, odporno\u015bci na zarysowanie oraz na zu\u017cycie przez tarcie. Zakupiona aparatura badawcza poza poszerzeniem mo\u017cliwo\u015bci B+R laboratorium na u\u017cytek wewn\u0119trzny sp\u00f3\u0142ki w aspekcie poszerzania wiedzy i kompetencji w zakresie wytwarzania pow\u0142ok PVD, pozwoli r\u00f3wnie\u017c na poszerzenie oferty us\u0142ugowej laboratorium, tj. zakupione urz\u0105dzenia b\u0119d\u0105 mog\u0142y by\u0107 wykorzystane do \u015bwiadczenia us\u0142ug badawczych dla zewn\u0119trznych podmiot\u00f3w, np. firm produkcyjnych, zewn\u0119trznych laboratori\u00f3w B+R, instytut\u00f3w oraz uczelni badawczych w kraju i zagranic\u0105. Urz\u0105dzenie b\u0119dzie niezb\u0119dne do kontroli jako\u015bci wytwarzanych pow\u0142ok PVD (w szczeg\u00f3lno\u015bci w aspekcie badania ich przyczepno\u015bci do pod\u0142o\u017ca), a tak\u017ce przy badaniu w\u0142a\u015bciwo\u015bci tribologicznych, w tym g\u0142\u00f3wnie odporno\u015bci na zu\u017cycie przez tarcie w uk\u0142adzie \u201ekula-tarcza\u201d lub w uk\u0142adzie \u201epin-tarcza\u201d. Urz\u0105dzenie b\u0119dzie u\u017cywane w aspekcie prowadzenia bada\u0144 na zlecenie dla klient\u00f3w zewn\u0119trznych, jak r\u00f3wnie\u017c na u\u017cytek w\u0142asny w Technolutions sp. z o.o. w badaniach B+R oraz opracowywaniu receptur wytwarzania pow\u0142ok o w\u0142a\u015bciwo\u015bciach dekoracyjnych, funkcjonalnych oraz obni\u017caj\u0105cych wsp\u00f3\u0142czynnik tarcia.\n\nDelivery as part of the project \"Expansion of R&D infrastructure in the field of design and production of coatings using modern surface engineering methods\" recruitment number RPLD.02.03.01-IP.02-10-080/22 Regional Operational Program of the \u0141\u00f3d\u017a Voivodeship for 2014-2020. \nThe aim of the project is to expand the research capabilities of the Research and Development Laboratory of Technolutions sp. z o. o. by purchasing equipment dedicated to the design and production of functional coatings for specific applications, including the medical, tool, machine, space, agricultural and decorative coatings industries and the so-called \"hard coating\" and corrosion-resistant coatings. In addition to laboratory equipment for producing coatings using PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) methods, the project envisages the purchase of research equipment enabling the characterization of the produced coatings, i.e. determining their thickness, hardness, scratch resistance and friction wear. The purchased research equipment, apart from expanding the laboratory's R&D capabilities for the company's internal use in terms of expanding knowledge and competences in the production of PVD coatings, will also allow for the expansion of the laboratory's offer, i.e. the purchased equipment can be used to provide research services for external entities, e.g. manufacturing companies, external R&D laboratories, institutes and research universities in Poland and abroad. The device will be necessary to control the quality of produced PVD coatings (in particular in terms of testing their adhesion to the substrate), as well as to test tribological properties, mainly wear resistance using \u2018ball-on-disc\u2019 and \u2018pin-on-disc\u2019 methods.
