Point II, task 1.2.\nWas: Production and sending to the Ordering Party, the first 24 pieces of inhaler parts from the prepared mold, in order to verify the correctness of the mold.\nShould: Production and sending to the Ordering Party, the first 124 pieces of inhaler parts from the prepared mold, in order to verify the correctness of the mold.\nThe deadline for the submission of offers is: on October 05, 2023.\n\n\n\n\nThe subject of the Request for Offer is the production of low-volume injection molds  for plastic elements which will be used in a research and development project entitled: \"Development of an intelligent inhaler monitoring the stages of drug administration together with a system for monitoring the treatment of asthma and COPD\". The project aims to develop, as part of industrial research and development, an electronic pMDI inhaler for dosing the drug, which at the same time may work as a training and verification device for the correctness of the use of the drug in real-time and a system to educate patients about mistakes made in the inhalation process, as well as office space for the performance of the Company's administrative tasks.\n\nThe order consists of MANDATORY and OPTIONAL tasks.\n\nThe offer should be presented for the entire order, pricing the mandatory and optional tasks. The optional tasks will be performed only if the products made in the obligatory part are accepted by the Ordering Party.  The Contractor's final payment may be reduced by the optional tasks if there is no need to perform them. The Contractor will be informed about the implementation of optional tasks during the execution of the contract.\n\nThe execution of the work commissioned by the offerer includes the performance of the following research and development activities:\n\nTask 1 - MANDATORY\n1.\tMaking an injection mold for a 2 details of a part of the inhaler prototype based on the design documents sent by the Ordering Party, in accordance with the following requirements:\na)\tMold lifetime guaranteed to a minimum of 50,000 units\nb)\tMaintaining tolerances on crucial dimensions of +/-0.12 mm\nc)\tSurface finish according to SPI and VDI standards\nd)\tInternally developed tool\ne)\tExperience in the production of details\nf)\tExperience of working to ISO 9001 quality standards\ng)\tExperience of working for the medical device business\nh)\tPossibility of producing details in RAL\n\n2.\tProduction and sending to the Ordering Party, the first 124 pieces of inhaler parts from the prepared mold, in order to verify the correctness of the mold\n\nTask 2 - OPTIONAL\n1.\tProduction of a batch of 500 pieces of equipment from the prepared mold.\n\nINFORMATION ON THE PROTECTION OF TRADE SECRET\nDue to the need to protect business secrets, i.e. protection of technological aspects, the scope of the description of the subject of the contract was limited. based on Article. 11 point 4 of the Act of 16 April 1993 on combating unfair competition (Journal of Laws of 2003, No. 153, item 1503, as amended)\n\n1.\tContractors who decide to submit a offer should sign a Confidentiality Agreement before submitting their offer and send its scan to the e-mail address: findair@bldg.pl. The Agreement should be signed by a person authorized to represent the Contractor. The Agreement constitutes Appendix No. 4 to this Inquiry. Along with the scan of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to meet the conditions for participation in the procedure, i.e. attach Appendix No. 2 to the request for proposals.
