for the Ordering Party Lerta Technology Sp. z o.o.\n1.1 General requirements  \na)\tProviding meteorological data for a minimum of 10 locations for 12 months\nb)\tThe meteorological data should contain forecasts for locations in Central and Eastern Europe.\n1.2 The service will require following data: \na)\tAir temperature at 2 meters above surface level\nb)\tThe relative humidity at 2 meters above ground level.\nc)\tWind speed and direction at 10m above ground level.\nd)\tSolar irradiance divided into components, that is: GHI (global horizontal irradiance), DHI (diffuse horizontal irradiance) and DNI (direct normal irradiance)\n 1.3 Technical specifications -
