possibility of making changes to this Contract which may be made due to circumstances unforeseeable at the time of its conclusion or in the case of the occurrence of any of the following situations:\n1)\tchanges in the identification data of the Contractor and the Procuring Party (e.g. the address of the registered office, data disclosed in public registers, change of persons appearing on the side of the Contractor and the Procuring Party);\n2)\tmodification of the legal provisions affecting the terms of this Contract;\n3)\tchanges in the characteristics of the equipment offered in the offer to elements equivalent or better only if the elements offered are withdrawn from production; parameters of the new equipment must be agreed and accepted by the Procuring Party;\n4)\tin case of force majeure (in particular: flood, fire and other natural disasters, riots, strike, terrorist attacks, acts of war, sudden breakdown of weather conditions, sudden interruptions in the supply of electricity, radiation, contamination, circumstances related to COVID-19) preventing the Contractor from performing the Contract subject within the time limit specified
