Inspekcje bada\u0144 przeprowadzonych przez Wykonawc\u0119 przed 2017 r. nie b\u0119d\u0105 brane pod uwag\u0119. \nZamawiaj\u0105cy uzna warunek za spe\u0142niony na podstawie o\u015bwiadczenia Wykonawcy (Za\u0142\u0105cznik 2) oraz przestawienia w/w listy inspekcji.\n\nSpos\u00f3b oceny warunku:\nWykonawca musi spe\u0142nia\u0107 wszystkie wymagane wymagania \u0142\u0105cznie. The Contractor has an already developed and validated analytical method for indacaterol with the appropriate quantification limit (LLOQ of 5.00 pg/ml or lower) in accordance with the requirements of the guideline EMA/CHMP/ICH/172948/2019. \nThe Ordering Party considers the condition to be fulfilled on the basis of the Contractor's declaration (Appendix 2) and a list of validated analytical methods together with LLOQ values.    \n2. The Contractor has experience in conducting pharmacokinetic studies for inhalation medicinal products, including studies with activated charcoal blockage of gastrointestinal absorption.  \nThe Ordering Party considers the condition to be fulfilled on the basis of a declaration (Appendix 2) that the Contractor has performed at least 10 pharmacokinetic studies (including the clinical part) for DPI medicinal products in the last 10 years (if the Contractor's period of operation is shorter, during its operation).   \n3. The Contractor for the clinical, bioanalytical, pharmacokinetic and statistical parts will present a list of inspections for the last 5 years (if the Contractor's period of operation is shorter - during its operation) with a summary of the inspection results. At least 1 inspection must be carried out by an appropriate authority of one of the European Union countries or the United States in the field of GCP (Good Clinical Practice) and GLP (Good Laboratory Practice), and the results of all inspections within the specified period must not include critical non-conformities.
