The above is directly related to the conduct of a particular type of study involving oncology patients and the fact that special circumstances/ events may arise during the course of the study that could not have been foreseen earlier.\nc) in terms of the hypothetical change in the start date of the study: The Ordering Party defines date of readiness to dose first patient after evaluation the recommended phase II dose (RP2D) which according to the best knowledge of the Ordering Party will be declared by the Sponsor before 1st June 2023.
