U. of 2004. No. 54, Item 535, as amended), which enter into force on the date of conclusion of the contract and before producing the object of the contract by the Contractor;\nb) in the event of termination of the contract, if the contract for a grant concluded between the Awarding Entity and the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development is terminated ;\nc) in the event of changes in the deadline for the execution of the contract, when the Project is in progress and circumstances justify the changes in the deadline for the completion of the contract for the proper implementation of the Project;\nd) the Awarding Entity predicts possibility of changes in the agreements provisions in relation to the content of the offer, on the basis of which the Contractor have been chosen, only in the event of the occurrence new information, facts preclusive the agreement  realization in the primal form, solely because unpredictable reasons on the agreement concluding stage and provide that it will not impact the purposes and results of the project and the change will be made for the project security.
