The Ordering Party reserves the right to cancel this procedure without providing reasons, change the number of products ordered in relation to the number specified in this RFQ, purchase one of parts/items and also to complete the procedure without choosing the winning tender. This order is carried out in accordance with the competitiveness principle, openness, transparency and equal access.","terms_of_contract_change":"It is not possible to make significant changes to the provisions of the concluded contract in relation to the content of the offer on the basis of which the Supplier was selected, unless:\n\nA) the changes relate to the implementation of additional services from the current Supplier, not covered by the basic order, if they have become necessary and the following conditions have been met jointly:\ni. a change of Supplier cannot be made for economic or technical reasons, in particular regarding the interchangeability or interoperability of equipment, services\nor installations ordered as part of the basic contract,\nii. a change of
